This green mango banana smoothie is a super easy go-to. Make it for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or anytime you wish. You might feel a bit happier, more calm, or less stressed when drinking this smoothie on the regular. Mangos and bananas are both great for our nervous system and a good source of B6 which helps increase serotonin levels. Frozen bananas make this smoothie creamier and sweeter, but of course you can use regular bananas as well.
