Green Mango Banana Smoothie

This green mango banana smoothie is a super easy go-to. Make it for breakfast or an afternoon snack when you're losing your mojo. Don't be surprised if you feel a bit happier after either. Mangos are a mood boosting energizing fruit! Frozen bananas make this smoothie creamier and sweeter, but of course you can use regular bananas as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 2 cups curly kale or spinach use spinach to hide any green flavor, use kale if you want to taste some greens
  • optional 1" chunk ginger, peeled
  • 2 cups water use 1-1 1/2 cups if using fresh bananas

Method
 

  1. Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
