
This time of year I reflect a bit more and focus on the many things I have to be grateful for. Really hone in on what’s important to me. Feeling at peace, feeling loved, feeling joyful, feeling safe, feeling grateful to my core, feeling whole in my body, feeling present, and feeling inspired often enough are the top feelings that come to mind for me. I invite you to stop and pause right now to think what’s most important to you, whether it’s feelings like I listed or concrete examples. It’s easy to get caught up in what we might be lacking or wanting. It’s not to say that those things are not important, but I find the more I focus on the goodness of what I have right now, the more overwhelmed I am with gratitude.
