However, this short one can be really helpful if you are new to meditation or only have 5 minutes before getting up, going to bed, or even mid-day at work to calm & reset the mind. Good morning! I was going to post something else Good morning!  I was going to post something else to the grid today, but I felt inclined to share this instead.  Spring is here. 🌸 Happy Spring! ☺️ Spring is a popular and more natural time to cleanse our bodies & mind!, start eating lighter, and feel an extra pep in our step. I’m not there yet.  I’m still adjusting to the time change in the mornings.  Or maybe my bed is just extra comfortable lately? 😉  I bought myself some cherry blossoms, but other than that, I’m slow to the Spring game.  Maybe it will come tomorrow, maybe next week; I’ll feel it when I’m ready. So if you still feel off with the time change while the world around you seems to be springing out of bed, or if you haven’t lightened your eating or planned a cleanse, whatever it may be for you, you are not alone.
