15 Travel Essentials
Plush Velvet Jewelry Travel Organizer
This jewelry organizer is extremely nice for the price. You still need to pack larger bracelets, necklaces, and watches separately, but it holds a great amount of smaller items. It comes in many pretty colors and makes a great gift too.
Benevolence LA Authentic Mexican Blanket
A great travel blanket that can be used for so many things. I don’t pack a thick blanket when I’m hopping a plane, but for car trips, yes.
bkr Big Smooth 32 oz water bottle
I broke mine (I hit it just right when it was completely full) and still ordered another one. I like drinking out of glass and love the small opening at the top. Just note that it can’t be used for anything but plain water. It’s also heavier when filled since I have the 32 oz. Still though, it’s the best travel water bottle I’ve come across. It comes in different sizes and colors.
LectroFan White Noise Sound and Sleep Machine
I don’t sleep well without it. I have two in my home – one that stays in the bedroom and one at the ready for travel.
Silk Sleep Mask
I have a different sleep mask that I use at home, but I have a similar one to this for travel. The one I have at home is super wide and while great at blocking out all light, I’ve realized its also great at flattening the sides of my hair. So I would pick one with a thinner band when I have to order again. I don’t own this linked one below so still do your research if you are in the market for one.
Monster Jr Supplement Dispenser
An easy way to bring 6 supplements with. I’m packing magnesium, ashwaganda, oil of oregano, ginger, probiotics, and probably celery force this trip.
Small Travel Supplement Case For Purse
I keep the monster jr case in my travel bag and one of these small containers in my purse. You could also use them for tiny earrings, necklaces, basically anything super small that you might lose otherwise.
Natural Dry Eye Drops With Eyebright
I sleep with a Canopy Humidifier at home so when I travel my eyes tend to get dryer after a nights sleep. These do the trick when I need them.
Dr. Bronner’s Organic Natural Hand Sanitizer
Hand sanitizer… some version is always with me.
Dr. Bronner’s Mini 2 oz Travel Soap
Body wash, face wash, shave wash, dish wash, …..whatever I need it to be. I always use it for something when I travel.
Sovereign Silver Bio-Active Silver Hydrosol
It’s the best for travel! I use it every day while traveling to simply boost my immunity. It’s great for sore throats, colds/viruses, infections, cuts, rashes, teeth, spraying on acne, ringworm, pink eye, and more. You can also use it as a hand sanitizer and spray the plane trays need be.
To keep stimulating the lymphatic system and move & drain out toxins while traveling. Love this body brush. It makes my skin feel extra smooth. Code herhealthystyle10 saves 10% off all . I’m also packing the luxurious Undaria Algae Body Butter and the Body Oil for glowing skin. Their products feel like your at a spa.

Even a 2 minute session perks up my face more, improves circulation, and drains lymph. I got this jade gua sha for my birthday a few years ago and absolutely love it, but you don’t need to spend this much on a gua sha. If you like jade, check out OSEA’s jade Gua Sha. herhealthystyle10 saves 10% off all
Makeup Cosmetic Bags
If you don’t pack a lot of makeup, these are great. I use one for my brushes and the other for makeup. I’ve had them about a year and while they are cheaply made and don’t wash up well, they are great for the price and what they are. Plus, their cute.
Essential Oils
There is always an essential oil or two in my bag. I love Plant Therapy Oils, but this Saje Pocket Farmacy is really nice too. It’s oil blends in rollerball form. My favorite in the pack is the peppermint halo, but they are all good. It also makes a great gift.

Silk Pillowcase
I forgot to include this in the main graphic, but I pack my own pillowcase when I remember. I prefer to sleep on silk for my face and hair. I have the a Slip pillowcase, but this one looks just as great for a lot less.
