Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

November 10, 2025

Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad Recipe

This shaved brussels sprouts salad is great for both a side salad or a lunch. It’s an easy delicious way to get the benefits of brussels sprouts into our diet; they are one of the ultimate liver cleansing foods! It took me a long time to actually like the steamed or baked, so eating them raw was a way I would get them in and enjoy it.

Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad Recipe

The salad comes together in around 10ish minutes.
