Method
- Prep and thinly slice the brussels sprouts, cut the apple into small thin strips, and chop your shallot. Add it all to a mixing bowl or directly to a serving bowl.
- In a small dish, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, raw honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour the lemon dressing over the salad and toss everything really well. Taste it and adjust to your preference.
- Sprinkle in the pistachios and enjoy!
