
A mint mango banana green smoothie to add into your smoothie rotation. If you’re feeling stressed, add more mangos and bananas in your daily. Mangos and bananas are both great for our nervous system and help increase serotonin levels. They are also amazing gut healers. Just make sure the bananas are ripe. Ripe and spotty bananas also make smoothies taste better. Frozen bananas make a smoothie sweeter and creamier than a room temp banana, so that’s always another option. Mango and banana pair so well together taste-wise and mint brings a refreshing spin on the mix that gives our digestion an extra boost.
Mint Mango Banana Green Smoothie
1 Serving
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups water, if using frozen banana, do 2 cups
- 2 handfuls organic spinach
- 10 large mint leaves or small handful
- optional, 1” ginger
- 1/2 lemon
- 3 celery sticks, cut up
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup frozen mango
Method
Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. ENJOY!
