Easy Delicious Blueberry Overnight Oats
1 serving made in a 16 oz mason jar
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats, fill that 1/2 cup to the brim or go slightly over
1 cup almond milk, homemade or clean store-bought
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries, I use the Wyman’s brand from Costco – 1 cup of frozen blueberries makes it slightly too watery so if you want extra blueberries, add a touch more of oats
Method
Add the milk, oats, and vanilla to a 16 oz mason jar. Cover and shake it or give it a good stir. Add 3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries to the top, but don’t mix. Refrigerate overnight. Stir before eating and enjoy!
