The next time you have a ripe avocado and frozen bananas on hand, try out this insanely delicious creamy avocado banana smoothie. It’s not a drinkable smoothie, but rather a thicker one that you pour in a glass and eat with a spoon. Find yourself a cozy spot while you are at it and take the time to savor each bite. It’s one of those kinds of smoothies. 🙂

  • 1 cup almond milk, clean store-bought or homemade (I use homemade)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method

Add it to your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour it in a mug and eat it with a spoon. Best enjoyed right away.
