Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes
Ancient Minerals magnesium flakes are the crème de la crème. You’ll notice a big difference using these flakes compared to other magnesium salts. Magnesium is detoxifying, calming, relaxing, helps with aches/pains/cramps, and improves sleep. It’s also beneficial for the skin. Use as a full body bath soak or a foot bath.
Happy Gum Drops
An alcohol free breath freshener with the purest ingredients. Put a drop on your toothbrush or a drop directly in your mouth for fresh breath. While pricier, a little goes a long way with this as you only need one drop. A life saver for the garlic breath!
Chocolate Ruby Blushing Balm
Less burgundy than it looks, but a pretty stain for both the lips and the cheeks. I have it and feel like it would look good on many skin tones. A great color for this time of year too. You can apply it light or build it up more. I also mix it with other colors as well.
Open Sky Eye Serum
This one feels and smells extra good. The roll on fluid serum feels cooling, rejuvenating, and hydrating. It plumps up the under-eye skin in a good way. I just roll it on and then lightly pat it around with my ring finger. Within a minute or so I notice a more toned, brightened, and less hollow under eye area.
Face Dry Brush
Dry brushing is not just for the body. I’ve come to love my almost daily face brushing and I think many skincare lovers would too.
Lily Lolo Tickled Pink Blush
A pale peachy pink to brighten the face. Lily Lolo blushes and bronzer (I use Miami Beach) have really great staying power as well. The $20 price is amazing for this blush.
Lily Lolo Bare Eye Palette
A neutral eye shadow palette that would work for most skin tones. Apply it light or build it up for a dramatic look.
Lily Lolo Mascara
This $20 mascara really lengthens for natural looking long lashes…and it stays put! I’ve used it for years. Grab the Lily Lolo Big Lash one if you/they like a thicker mascara look.

Gua Sha
I notice such a difference in my face when I faithfully Gua Sha 3+ days a week. My face looks more sculpted, less puffy, and just better overall. More importantly, it’s helping drain that lymphatic system! It relaxes me, releases tension, and makes me slow down while I’m doing it. I have a really pricey one that I love, but you don’t need to spend that much on a Gua Sha. Pictured and is a more affordable one with good grooves.
Leven Rose Rosehip Oil
Rosehip oil is good for fine lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, age spots, scars, and overall skin damage. It is rich in vitamins A, C, and E. When I use this product, I generally add 2 drops of it to a bit of jojoba oil. Rosehip oil has a subtle light earthy scent. Leven Rose has quality oils at an amazing price.
