My Latest Amazon Buys:
I got this to add a smidge to teas sometimes. It’s a natural sweetener that has many benefits including digestive support, respiratory support, and teeth & gum support. A tiny amount goes a long way.
I buy different types of magnesium, but glycinate is a highly absorbable form and the one I take most often. I think of it for relaxation, stress, sleep, pain, and gentle ongoing cleansing. Magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide forms are great for moving more waste out. These are both great when we need it, but the magnesium also moves through us as well. It’s not as absorbed by the body like glycinate is. Magnesium is a supplement I take almost every single day.
I take spirulina for my multivitamin, a heavy metal detoxer, an iron supplement, and my plant protein. It promotes a healthy gut, supports our immune system, our nervous system, helps heal the liver & thyroid, helps remove radiation, it’s high in antioxidants, minerals, beta-carotene, and so much more. You’ll see I rotate brands sometimes, but I stocked up on this one during the prime sale. I add it to a smoothie more days than not.
My favorite brand of flaxseed I’ve tried. It’s super fresh tasting and very finely ground. Flaxseeds are a great source of fiber, are helpful for hormone balance, and of course a source of Omega 3’s & 6’s. I add it to smoothies (my cleansing green pineapple smoothie lately) and oatmeal sometimes.
A vitamin D with amazing ingredients. Just vitamin D and coconut oil.
Seventh Generation Free & Clear Dishwasher Pods
My go-to dishwasher pods for years. It’s the only cleaner one that gets my dishes super clean and shiny (It’s still important to clean out the gross dishwasher food trap monthly though – Mark does that 🙂 ). I recently tried to make a DIY one that’s cheaper and cleaner, but I wound up with cloudy dishes. A DIY Don’t.
I grabbed two bottles of these during the Prime sale. Lemon balm is a calming herb that is great for the nervous system, stress, and relaxation. It’s also great for immune support, digestive support, and may help with sleep if you take it prior to bed. It’s a wonder herb to say the least. A great one to travel with.
All Purpose Microfiber Terry Cleaning Towels
I use dishtowels in place of paper towels 99.9% of the time. I washed these by themselves twice so that the color didn’t bleed with anything else. I’ve had that happen before…. Comes in more colors too, but this darker lavender spoke to me.
Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager
Mark accidently got sent this to him at work and thought it was his. It wasn’t, but we now ordered one for ourselves. It’s great for what it is. Mark really likes it.
A cacao powder alternative that I needed for my healthy banana carob muffin brownies.
I like having these in the car and for travel. I like the small travel packs that I sometimes see at the stores, but they only sell the bigger packs on Amazon. The big packs are fine as long as you don’t need them in your purse.
Coconut is really great for the gut and this is an easy way to get some of it’s benefits in. A great one for immune support as well.
100% linen towels are always my favorite, but these were great for the price and have a pretty olive green color. One did shrink after drying it, but that does not bother me one bit.
GimME Sea Salt & Avocado Oil Seaweed
I’ll sometimes add scoops of whatever salad I’m eating into these and make little wrap bites. The avocado oil and sea salt one is the only one I’ll buy in the gimme line (the best ingredients). You might like these summer salmon salad wraps with these. I also just eat the seaweed as is. Seaweed is a good source of iodine (helps support the thyroid) and B12.
For those worried about filtering all of the good minerals out along with the junk in filtered water, this is a great quality brand at a great price. When I do use it, I use about 20 drops in a 32 oz jar with 1/2 lemon as well (once a day).
I now have bug spray for life with this pack. Ha. I am a big essential oil girl too, so before buying this set, I just used peppermint and citronella. Vanilla is a great one in a DIY spray too… Anyhoo, we’ve got lots of options so that we don’t have to put that horrible toxic spray on us.
