If you follow me in Instagram stories, you know I have a thing for Material Kitchen so I wanted to share a roundup here. Their pieces are well-made, useful, hard-working, stylish, and sustainable all in one. While I am an affiliate of theirs now, I came to love the collection well before. I’ve been slowly adding pieces to the kitchen and have been gifted some along the way.

I use both my large and small cutting boards daily; they come in so many fun colors! I am always cutting something, so I love the ease of being able to throw them into the dishwasher. Their walnut wood cutting board looks so beautiful if you prefer a wood one. If it is out of stock, it will just show you a carbon option, but they do have a walnut one when in stock.
I use their mixing bowls most days for mixing salads or even to eat my oversized meal salads out of. They also have this set with a bowl and cutting boards when in stock.
The Good Shears work better than my Wusthof sheers and are now my go-to for cutting herbs and greens. I’ve used my Wusthof set for almost 20 years and never thought I would get another knife set, but Material’s knife sets are just so beautiful! I would not have thought twice about them if their quality was subpar, but I knew they were excellent from the reviews. Material Kitchen ended up graciously gifting me the cool neutral set. They are amazing and extra comfortable to use. Their knife sharpener works really great too.
The glasses on my kitchen shelves feel super delicate and light, but have proven to be sturdy. I love the way the small half-glass feels in my hand and use that size most often. The larger ones are beautiful and I’m glad I got them, but I will mention that when you put them in the dishwasher, the water sits in the bottom of the base. I just rinse and wipe out, but it’s something to note. You could always hand-wash for ease, but I throw everything in the dishwasher.
My newest addition is the beautiful salt sphere. It has a strong magnetic swivel top with a removable base to use for finishing salts or whatever your heart desires. I currently have dried lavender buds for tea inside the sphere. It also comes in maple as well.
The glass resting stones might be my favorite of all. They are so incredibly beautiful and functional. I pretty much always have a half cut lemon on one and a lemon squeezer on another. You can also use them to rest utensils or set your jewelry on. Just note that they are heavier glass so you do have to be careful so they don’t slip out of your hand when picking up. The hardest part is choosing what color combo you want. Oh, and you can easily split the set to gift one. ..if you can part with one.
