This easy golden milk recipe is a hug in a mug and perfect for a chilly cozy day. There are many golden milk recipes, but this is an easy one with all powders. You could still substitute some fresh ginger if you have that on hand, especially if you want it extra gingery. Besides being a delicious and comforting drink, it also has a host of benefits including being anti-inflammatory and anti-viral.

Easy Golden Milk Recipe

1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, freshly homemade makes this extra good
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup, or slightly less if desired

Method

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan on the stovetop and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy!
