Ingredients
- 1 large Collard Green
- 1 heaping TBSP hummus
- 1/2 Avocado
- Diced Red Onion
- Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
- Carrot Ribbons – press down on your carrot peeler really hard to get ribbons
- Pickled Red Onions without vinegar
- Cucumber, cut into longer strips
- Red Bell Pepper, sliced into long strips
- Spinach
