
Make this morning lemon ginger aloe shot for improved gut health, immune health, skin health (aloe is amazing for the skin), and a host of other benefits. I get a fresh aloe leaf from Whole Foods, but if you don’t have access to fresh aloe or want a more convenient option, check out Lakewood Aloe Vera Water. If you get that, do 1/2 cup aloe water and 1/2 cup water each day so one bottle gets you through a week of these morning shots. I still drink 32 oz lemon water alongside it.
Morning Lemon Ginger Aloe Shot
1-2 servings (I split with my husband each morning)
Ingredients
1 lemon, peel removed
1″ ginger, peel removed
2 inch fresh Aloe Vera, green skin completely removed, discard the bottom white part of the aloe leave
1 cup water
Method
