Masala Mama Boom Boom Curry Meal Idea

Just a veggie meal idea using the Masala Mama Boom Boom Curry Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 large white onion diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno finely chopped
  • 1 small-medium zucchini diced
  • 1 frozen bag riced cauliflower
  • 1 frozen bag broccoli
  • 1 jar Masala Mama Boom Boom Curry Sauce
  • 1 cup premade quinoa or rice

Method
 

  1. Sauté diced onion and jalapeno in water or coconut oil.
  2. Add the diced zucchini to the same pan and steam with a cover on. Stir here and there so that the zucchini doesn't stick to the pan.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the frozen bag of riced cauliflower and frozen broccoli on the stovetop in a separate pan.
  4. Heat the jar of boom boom sauce in a small sauce pan throughout this time and make sure your 1 cup of quinoa or rice (if using) is ready to go.
  5. Once all the veggies are cooked, mix everything together in the largest pan or a large mixing bowl. Stir well so that the sauce is throughout. ENJOY!
