Chic Glasses, Cutting Boards, Knives + More
If you love beautiful and modern aesthetics, but also want hard-working kitchen tools and tableware, check out Material Kitchen‘s chic glasses, cutting boards, knives, + pretty much everything else they have. I am a BIG fan of what I have bought so far and have my eye on more. Their products are stylish, well-made, and useful for everyday. Code RIANEMATERIAL for discount
I use both my large and small cutting boards daily – they come in so many chic colors. I am always chopping, so I love the ease of being able to throw them into the dishwasher. (They came out with this grippy one after I bought mine – you might want to check it out as well.) Their walnut wood cutting board looks beautiful if you prefer a wood one.
I use their mixing bowls most days for mixing salads. They have this set with a bowl and cutting boards.
The Good Shears work better than my Wusthof sheers, which also tempts me a bit more to get one of their knife sets. I don’t need a knife set one bit; I’ve used my Wusthof set for almost 20 years and never thought I would buy another set, but Material’s knife sets are just so beautiful! I love the idea of the sleek counter stand instead of grabbing my knifes out of the drawer too. We shall see….
The glasses shown above on my kitchen shelves feel super delicate and light, but have proven to be sturdy. I love the way the small half-glass feels in my hand and use that size most often. The larger ones are beautiful and I’m glad I got them, but I will mention that when you put them in the dishwasher, the water sits in the bottom of the base. I just rinse and then wipe. You could always just hand-wash for ease, but I throw everything in the dishwasher.
