Wild Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Wild blueberries can improve brain health, heart health, vision, detoxify heavy metals, and can help with disease. So this delicious smoothie provides lots of health benefits and antioxidants whenever you drink it!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup of water or coconut water
  • 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3 mandarin oranges or the juice from one orange
  • 1 tsp barley grass juice powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1/2 " knob of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp dulse flakes
  • 2 " chunk of an aloe leaf

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender and blend until well combined. If you put the frozen blueberries in last, it is easier on the blender. More water takes away from the taste, so try to avoid adding in more water. If you need more liquid, more fresh squeezed orange juice or coconut water would be a great substitute or add in.
