Method
- Add minced garlic to a tiny dish, add a pinch of sea salt, and then mash it down with the back of a spoon to somewhat form a paste. I do it for like 20 seconds and whatever it is at this point is great.
- Now add in lemon and a small dash of olive oil. Stir well.
- Add to salad greens. It won't look like much, but use tongs to tong the greens REALLY well so that your arugula or curly kale is well coated and broke down. This tong process makes the salad. Enjoy as a simple salad or pair with whatever you desire!
