- Add everything to your blender and blend. Pour it in a glass and let it sit for about 15 minutes until the chia seeds expand some. I personally blend everything but the chia seeds and then stir them into my glass or shake it all in a jar. However, adding it all to the blender might be easier. Enjoy!
