Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 3/4 scoop Collagen Vanilla Protein Powder (vegan) or your substitution
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ashwaganda
  • 1 TBSP carob or cacao powder

Method
 

  1. Add everything to a small blender and blend until smooth.
