Method
- Wash, chop and throw it all in a large bowl. 1/2 large cucumber, 3 radishes, 1/2 large apple, 1/3 cup of yellow bell pepper, 1/3 cup of orange bell pepper, 3 medjool dates (pitted) See my pictures for size. You can't screw it up - just chop.
- Score a 1/2 avocado into smaller squares with a knife. Spoon out the diced chunks by staying close to the peel with your spoon. Add to the large bowl.
- Squeeze in 1/2 large lemon to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the dulse, sea salt, and cayenne pepper to taste.
- Spoon it all together. Don't use tongs if you want the avocado chunks to stay somewhat in tact.
