Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

This blueberry protein smoothie bowl feels like a delicious treat, yet it is so healthy. It's thick, creamy, and you eat it with a spoon to really savor the goodness. What makes this one taste extra good is the vanilla in it, so be sure not to skip it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large frozen banana freeze bananas when ripe and spotty so that your smoothie is sweeter and easier to digest
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2-1 tsp vanilla powder 1 tsp is extra delish, but pure powder is pricey, so I often use 1/2 tsp to stretch it out
  • 2-3 TBSP hemp hearts depending on what you need on a given day
  • optional small handful of spinach - spinach hides itself in taste wise if you don't add too much

Method
 

  1. Add everything to a high speed blender and use the tamper to help it along. Pour in a bowl and ENJOY!
