Beet Pineapple Ginger Juice

Not only is this beet pineapple ginger juice highly beneficial to our health, it's a really great tasting juice too!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds organic beets
  • 1 heaping cup pineapple plus the core of the pineapple we want to juice the core as it has the highest concentrate of bromelain
  • 1 inch chunk of ginger peeled and/or washed, I do both depending on where I get it

Method
 

  1. Wash & cut the produce into the appropriate sizes for your juicer. I cut the beets in sections and then add them to the juicer. You can really add the beets whole to the Nama, but I like to be more gentle on my juicer.
  2. Run the produce through your juicer & enjoy!
