Not only is this beet pineapple ginger juice highly beneficial to our health, it’s a really great tasting juice too!
Some Health Benefits Of Beets
- Improves Oxygen & Circulation in the body – I’m new to juicing beets and it’s hard to describe, but I 100% notice my body feeling more oxygenated after drinking a beet juice.
- Provides a big energy boost along with endurance – beet juice is known to be a great one for athletes.
- Improves Brain Health
- Lowers High Blood Pressure if consumed regularly
- Helps Purify the Blood
- Helps feed healthy bacteria in the gut.
- A great one to juice for women during our cycle. Beetroot helps with hormone balance. You’ll often find it in wellness products like this Liver Juice.
- Beets are higher in water than you might think making it a great one to juice.
One caveat: they are SO messy. They don’t mix well with my white countertops and easily stain like turmeric, so be sure to clean up right after juicing them. I’m lucky I’ve got a helper that cleans the juicer most days. 😉
Some Health Benefits Of Pineapple
- The bromelain enzyme in pineapple helps burn fat & tone the belly
- Helps boost Immunity – contains Vitamin C
- Highly cleansing and detoxifying fruit for the body – This is a reason why pineapple may feel irritable for some. I had a hard time myself with pineapple for a good while, but once I continually cleansed my body, the irritation went away. Unripe pineapples are hard to eat regardless, so eat them ripe. Juicing them takes out the digestive work and makes them taste less astringent. If you don’t care for eating pineapple, give it a go with juicing them.
Also, pineapple is generally one of the more inexpensive fruits to buy and it yields a lot of juice.

Beet Pineapple Ginger Juice
Serves 2 – Makes around 28 oz in the Nama J2 Juicer – RIANE55 saves $55 off through link.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds organic beets
- 1 heaping cup pineapple plus the core of the pineapple, we want to juice the core as it has the highest concentrate of bromelain
- 1 inch chunk of ginger, peeled and/or washed, I do both depending on where I get it/how it looks
Method
- Wash & cut the produce into the appropriate sizes for your juicer. I cut the beets in sections and then add them to the juicer. You can really add the beets whole to the Nama, but I like to be more gentle on my juicer.
- Run the produce through your juicer & enjoy!
