2 Ingredient Smoothie

In effort to put more simple recipes on the blog, it doesn't get more simple than this 2 ingredient smoothie. Well, 3 if you count water. :)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 FROZEN bananas sliced
  • 3 large handfuls of spinach or Earthbound Power Green mix I get this mixture at Whole Foods & Costco

Method
 

  1. Add the water, then the greens, and then the frozen banana to your blender. Blend until smooth.
