Method
- Wash and chop the parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion according to above. Add it all to a large mixing bowl and stir together.
- Add in the hemp seeds, juice from two lemons, and olive oil. Stir well.
- Taste the dish prior to adding in salt & pepper. Lemons naturally enhance the flavor and add a salty taste. You won't over salt by tasting it first. Once you add in the salt & pepper, stir well.
- Serve & Enjoy.
