Method
- Cut tomatoes into thicker slices.
- Cut the avocado in half widthwise (not the usual lengthwise), and remove the peel and pit. Cut into slices that are similar in thickness to the tomato slices.
- Spread the tomato slices out on plate or serving platter. Add an avocado slice to each one and then a basil leaf.
- Top everything with a drizzle of olive oil and some salt & pepper. ENJOY!
