Medical Medium’s Micro-C Shock Therapy
This Vitamin C Booster Drink is good for keeping our immune system stronger. Not only is it much needed this time of year, it also tastes great! You’ll actually want to drink this one unlike Theraflu or similar; which I too have choked down in my past. Little did I know they were not even good for us!
The real name to this drink is called Medical Medium’s Micro-C Shock Therapy. You can make his recipe as is or add grated ginger like I do many times. Not only do I enjoy the added taste and additional warming properties, but it’s also more immune boosting benefits in a cup!
Medical Medium’s Micro-C Shock Therapy
Ingredients
- 2 500mg capsules Vimergy’s Micro-C
- 1 cup hot water – I just fill up my mug
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- Juice of 1 orange or 1 lemon, freshly squeezed – I generally use 1/2 lemon & 1/2 orange
- small chunk of grated raw ginger, my add
Method (How I Do It)
- If using ginger, grate ginger into your empty mug first.
- Pour hot water from your teapot until your mug is 3/4 full.
- Top it off with a smidge of room temperature water, leaving room to squeeze in the juice.
- Open up 2 Micro-C capsules and pour the powder in. Squeeze in a 1/2 lemon, 1/2 orange, and stir in some raw honey.
Enjoy this delicious, immune boosting, warming drink every evening or anytime you need a boost this winter.
If you are fighting off something right now, Medical Medium suggests drinking this every two hours. And if your body can handle a higher dose of Micro-C, you can up that as well.
If you are reading this while under the weather, I hope you feel better soon! Xx
