The top five read posts of 2021 include two of the most simple “recipes,” and three health related posts. This has taught me that nothing is too simple to share and that many of us are looking to improve our overall health. As of right now, this blog is only 6 months old, but I hope to inspire more in this next coming year. xx Riane

Top Five Read Blog Posts of 2021
The top read post of 2021. It’s also my most pinned post which is the reason it landed in the #1 spot. Squash, olive oil, salt, and pepper are the ingredients in this recipe. Sometimes I will skip the olive oil and toss them in curry powder instead. The key is slicing the squash very thin and baking just short of burning them to get a good crisp.

I thought this one was going to end up in the #1 spot, but the delicata fries won out. There is a reason why people are jumping on the celery juice train these past few years. I don’t think anyone loves having to buy loads of celery each week or juice it every morning. However, once you know the benefits of drinking it, you might think of it as a different form of health insurance. It’s best to drink celery juice by itself on an empty stomach and wait 20-30 prior to eating or drinking anything else.
A smoothie to give our liver some love. Our gut problems start with our liver problems. When we help heal our liver, we help heal our gut too. Dragon fruit and wild blueberries are the stars of this magenta smoothie.
A daily journal of the last cleanse I did. Medical Medium has different cleanses depending on your health and how clean your diet is. These 369 cleanses are done in a gradual way so that you don’t shock your system. If it’s your first time cleansing, I do not recommend the advanced cleanse. Instead clean up your diet first and then look into the original cleanse or one of the others in the Cleanse To Heal book.
I almost didn’t post this recipe since I thought it was too simple. Lesson learned. It’s literally a package of gluten-free ramen noodles, store bought broth, scallions, salt, dulse, and red pepper flakes. It’s a much healthier spin on the classic ramen noodles many of us ate in college and hits the spot when you are in the mood for a big bowl of noodle soup. If you feel like a mushroom version, follow the recipe with using mushroom broth and the addition of umami seasoning.
Well, those were the top five posts!
I am so grateful you are here following along! If there is anything you would like me to share in the next year, just let me know in the comment section below. xx Riane
