Shop My Amazon Picks!
Under the “Shop” heading of the blog you will see a couple drop downs and one of them is Amazon. From there, click on the “+” symbol on the right hand side. This will give you a drop down of categories. That’s for future navigation of the site. 🙂
For now, you can just click on the linked categories below and it will take you right there:
Some tidbits about why I linked what I did:
I’m thinking of more than one household when I’m linking products. I want to be as helpful as I can to as many as I can.
To go off of the first point, you will find that not everything I linked is squeaky clean or what I consider healthy. Most of it is, but when you see something like Unreal dark chocolate peanut gems (cleaner swap to M&M’s), it’s exactly that – a cleaner swap to M&M’s. It has ingredients I would’nt have on the norm, but for birthdays, Halloween, Easter, family and friends are coming over, M&M’s are your absolute favorite treat, ..whatever it is, it’s a better swap. Every step in a cleaner direction is a win. So read the ingredients on each item to make sure it meets your cut.
When you see something like 4 yogurts it’s because I’m well aware that we don’t all have access to every brand. I know we are not buying all of our groceries off of Amazon either. 🙂 This is just a great way to show you what you can grab elsewhere as well. Some of the prices on Amazon are cheaper, but some are ridiculous. Like oatmeal. I can buy the same bag I linked for half off at Costco. So just be aware of prices.
Supplements: Know your own body and what it needs. I listed some supplements I take or have taken in the past that have really helped me. However, as much as I want to be helpful, we all have different needs. So just view the supplement part as a loose guide. For example, if you need B12, then you can look at what B12 I take and see if it’s right for you. The rest you can leave and keep on scrolling. 🙂
When I don’t link stuff you see me use, it may not be on Amazon or I might only be using it because I already own it. Not everything I use do I recommend. Once its lifespan is over, I’ll buy better next time.
I truly hope the Amazon “shop” is helpful to you and something you can resort back to often. I’ll also add to it here and there.
Thank you as always for joining me here!
