Who doesn’t love clean feeling teeth. It’s taken me until my late 30’s to figure out how to properly care for my teeth with natural oral care products and I am still working at getting it down. My husband told me about two years ago that I was flossing wrong. For real. Am I the only one that thinks regular flossing is a lot of work? I blame waiting until I am tired to start my nighttime routine. The full mouth attention gets pushed aside because I am so eager to hop into that warm bath. Hopefully writing this post will make me realize that is a bad excuse.😜
I do feel and notice the difference when I take great care of my teeth overall though. My last two dentist appointments went great. The dentist told me whatever I was doing, to keep it up. So I want to share my natural oral care products that were a part of that. SHINY TEETH AND HEALTHY GUMS AHEAD

Natural Oral Care Products
Frankincense Fresh Sensitive Toothpaste by Living Libations -“A brilliantly alkalinizing paste for sensitive teeth and happy gums”
Even if you don’t have sensitive teeth, you can still use this toothpaste. It took me a little bit to like the unique flavor. It tastes a little like baking soda with a mild frankincense essence and do I dare say soap. You guys are really jumping at ordering this toothpaste, aren’t you. 😂 The clean feeling you get from this toothpaste does not lie though. You know the feeling where you can run your tongue across the front of your teeth and they feel extra smooth and shiny? Yes, that. I have used natural toothpastes for my entire life, but this one has the best ingredients I have tried by far. It’s pricey… like really pricey for toothpaste. Treat it like a jar of gold. A little dab on a dry toothbrush goes a long way.
Tooth Truth Powder Polish – “Brighten and exfoliate for your shiniest smile ever! Brush with our all-natural alkaline Tooth Truth Polish to whiten teeth and harmonize oral ecology.” Living Libations
I sprinkle a tiny bit of this onto my toothbrush with the frankincense paste when I remember. It just adds to those smooth feeling teeth. I have not noticed my teeth get any whiter with it, but maybe they will with consistent use.
Happy Gum Drops – “Adorn your gums and freshen your oral care regime with this revolutionary form of dental hygiene.” Living Libations
An alcohol free breath freshener with perfect ingredients. You only need one small drop to do the job. You can add a drop to water to use as a mouth rinse, put a drop on your dental floss (if you can manage to get a small drop on a small string), or put a drop on your toothbrush which is what I like to do. If you only want to start with two natural oral care products, I would recommend this and the toothpaste. It is a pricey bugger, but a little goes a long way with this. The small bottle makes it super easy to travel with. Toss it in your purse for easy fresh breath on the go.
Ozonated Happy Gum Gel -“Use as a super-charged, botanical toothpaste and a zingy breath freshener.” Living Libations
I would pick the drops over this gel if you are choosing one, but this works wonders too. It’s easier to see the product come out on the toothbrush vs the gum drops. You can also easily rub it across your gums with a finger and let it sit awhile before brushing your teeth. (This is how I use it). If you are looking for a more fresh breath taste, you will get that from the happy gum drops since it has a more cinnamon/clove taste. If you have red or irritated gums, you might want to go this gel route since the product can sit on the gums for a bit.
I feel like I should not praise a floss until I am using it every single day. Watch me do it now. I’ll get back to you. Anyways, this is the floss I use when I floss.
Removes all that gunk from your tongue and keeps your breath fresher. I use it prior to brushing my teeth and again right after brushing my teeth. It’s super gratifying pulling that gunk off. 😂
Sooo, yeah, this is not a natural toothbrush. lol However, I still wanted to include it as it’s what I use for a toothbrush. I know there are better electric toothbrushes out there, but I can’t get myself to spend the money when this one works great. I just buy the Oral-B Cross Action replacement heads in conjunction.
Let me know if you end up getting any of these products and how you like them! I’ll let you know if I floss more.
Grateful you are here!! 💛🧡Riane
