If you are looking for an amazing new hair brush or comb, I am going to point you in the direction of the Italian brand TEK. Italy’s TEK hair brushes and combs are all handmade, manufactured, and packed in Italy. You can see and feel their beautiful craftsmanship when you use and hold them in your hands. Although pricier, I think they are worth every penny. I no longer dread having to brush through my tangled, curly hair after washing it. And if you don’t have tangled curly hair, they still have a brush and comb made just for your hair!

Italy’s TEK Hair Brushes & Combs
There are so many brushes and combs to choose from. The two I have are shown in the above picture and are great for thick, long, curly, and tangled hair. I will say, although they recommend to get the comb for extra tangles, which is definitely my hair, I barely use it. The brush has been so great at getting out the tangles on its own. Once in a while I use the comb to part my hair, but my hair falls pretty naturally since I rarely change it up. However I know some hair works best with combs!
Here are some of their brushes & combs:
This oval paddle brush with regular pins is great for most hair types.
A big wide teeth comb works for most hair types as well. It’s great for combing in hair masks too.
This mini set is great for travel, to throw in your purse, or even for kids.
This is the comb I have in pink. It’s great for wavy and curly types of hair.
My Hair Tip: Once I wash my hair, I put it up in a quick dry towel for a bit to get it dried some before brushing it. I feel this helps with breakage as it is easier to brush through when it’s not so wet. I also brush in sections starting at the bottom part of my hair and then work my way up in brushing my hair top to bottom. I’m not a hair expert, but this works best for me.

Happy Brushing!
