A wellness gift might arguably be the best gift you can give, receive, and buy for yourself. Anything that can help improve health and wellness is a gift that keeps on giving. Some of the items on this list are pricey, but they pay for themselves over and over again. You can’t put a price tag on health. Here is my HHS Wellness Gift Guide:

HHS Wellness Gift Guide
For fruit smoothies, green smoothies, soups, and more. A good blender makes making healthy meals an easy choice. I love my Vitamix, but for a more affordable one, check out this one.
If you want to start drinking celery juice, this omega juicer is great for it. It’s a slow masticating juicer which produces very little oxidation, and extracts a good amount of juice which saves you money compared to other juicers. I linked the newer 900 model, but I have the older J8006 model. It is a slower juicer, but it yields a high quality nutrient dense juice.
If you are wanting to juice a lot more produce than celery though and are able to spend more, I would grab the Nama J2. It’s my go-to daily juicer now. Code RIANE55 saves $55 off through this link.
I purchased this rebounder when I started walking outside less. I had already read the benefits of rebounding and finally pulled the plug when I felt like I needed to get my heart rate up more. To my surprise, I enjoy it much more than I thought I would. I jump on it in the morning or mid-day when I need a little boost. I’ve got my favorite feel good twisting moves down, but I also lightly bounce while keeping both feet on the mat when I want to feel a calming effect. I highly recommend it.
Rebounding is one of the most powerful and effective exercises that one can do for their health and physical strength. Rebounding reduces body fat, improves muscle tone, stimulates metabolism, and improves absorption of nutrients. It oxygenates the entire body which kills off the viruses and bacteria that can lead to illness and disease. Rebounding can also significantly improve cardiovascular and lymphatic health and can decrease inflammation and edema by helping fluid move more easily through the body. It is an excellent way to detox and cleanse your entire body.
MEDICAL MEDIUM
- Berkey Water Filter
The gift of clean water. Even with filters under the sink, I knew they were only doing so much. I wish I had bought this sooner as I now know how terrible my drinking water actually was. You can enter your zip code to see what contaminants are in your water. I have the Big Berkey for my husband and I, and we are happy with the size.

- Sport Berkey Water Bottle
This is a great water bottle since you can fill it anywhere and it filters out the contaminants. A great one for travel or if you are always buying water bottles at work or out and about.

This diffuser is beautiful and doubles as décor. I have the white, but it comes in grey as well. Perfect for the essential oil lover.
This set makes a great gift. It includes 5 essential oils – Confidence, Reflection, Connection, Unwind and Energy. I have the energy one and it’s one of my favorites right now with the lemon and peppermint notes. These Saje oils also have two ways to disperse them. You can use them as a rollerball or open up the other side to shake out drops into a diffuser.
Another great gift set that’s priced great. An acupressure mat paired with both the energy (the one I’m using a lot lately) and stress relief essential oil roll-ons. The mat does seem made for a women’s size 8/9 and under though.
Bring the infrared sauna home with this mat. An infrared sauna detoxifies, improves skin, relaxes, and overall makes you feel good. Get out a good sweat session without even moving. I always thought I needed a bigger home to get an infrared sauna; not any more. I use this a few times a week before bedtime and reap the benefits. It may be a splurge, but the health benefits pay for itself over and over.
Far infrared rays may help deliver a deep detoxifying sweat and allow your body to push out those heavy metals and increase your heart rate for a healthy glow.

Dry brushing improves skin, reduces cellulite, and is great in aiding the detoxification of the lymphatic system. I feel a bit rejuvenated after dry brushing in the morning (on days I remember). If you have sensitive skin, just be gentle as it may be too abrasive for you.
Buy a few boxes of different Traditional Medicinals tea and pair them with some raw honey and/or a pretty mug for a thoughtful gift.
Sometimes really practical gifts are the best. Especially if you know the simple gift will help them start and keep healthy habits. These 32 oz jars are great for morning lemon water, juices, and smoothies. Pair the jars with some raw honey, a bag of lemons, some ginger, and/or glass straws.
A great book for cleansing. There are different options in this book depending on where you are at in your health. You can read my recap of the Medical Medium books here. You can also read about my advanced 369 cleanse here.
Gift a comfortable meditation pillow to the meditator. This one is beautiful and blends in with most décor.
A good yoga mat can feel like such a treat in your practice. I have the Jade and I love it, but it is extra grippy. So depending on what you or the recipient wants, check out this one as well.
