I discovered some great gluten free sourdough bread. It’s top allergen-free, gluten-free, easy to digest, wild fermented sourdough made with minimal ingredients. Most gluten free breads have lots of ingredients that I try to avoid on the norm, so I just never bought bread. However, I started seeing some health guru’s I follow mention Bread Srsly for having the cleanest ingredients for store bought/delivered bread. I tried it out and it’s delicious. I order it directly from the company and it ships freshly baked right to my door. I’ve had their classic, seeded, and cinnamon raisin loaves.
Just to clarify, I am not completely gluten free. I leave it solely for eating out, and with friends & family. I just feel better without it.
When the bread arrives in the mail, I stick it in the refrigerator right away. There are no preservatives in this bread so you don’t want to leave it out.

I learned from reading other reviews to let it sit in the fridge for a good while before slicing it. It will firm up better and be easier to slice since the bread is still somewhat rising while it’s in the mail. I let mine sit in the fridge for around 36-48 hours before slicing it with a large serrated knife. You probably don’t need to wait that long, but I do. Since we don’t eat the loaves at once, I freeze them. I wrap the sliced loaves tightly in plastic wrap and put them in a freezer bag and stick them in the freezer. It’s easy to just take out a few slices and put them in the toaster when you are ready for your bread.

The seeded sourdough is also really good. I like it with Miyoko’s Butter by itself or with some added raw honey. I’ve learned I like toasting the slices twice in the toaster after coming from the freezer. One round of toasting suffices, but two seems to be better.
The downside to these breads is the price for the small loaves. They are the size of a traditional bread pan, not your typical loaf you get at the store. Considering the ingredients, the sourdough process, the small amazing company, and the shipping of fresh bread though, it does make sense. They also have a loyalty point system that gives you $ off the more you order.

Since everything is shipped fresh, they are sold out of a lot depending on what day you look online. I have the best luck ordering on a weekend.
It’s so nice to have this go-to bread when I want it. If you buy this bread, share your favorite way to have it below!
Grateful you are following along!
