A fennel apple ginger juice is one of my favorite juices to drink. Fennel and apple go so great together and I love the zip from the ginger. If you don’t like ginger however, you can easily omit it and it will still be a great tasting juice. And of course it is loaded with health benefits!

Do you need to peel ginger before juicing it?
You do not need to peel ginger, but give it a really good rinse with water before juicing it. However, if it’s an older piece of ginger and the skin does not look the best, just carefully cut off the peel or parts of it.
